I hope this letter finds you in pink of your health and happiness. I am obliged to you for offering me an amazing job opportunity as a "Java Developer" in renowed company where you have been working currently and I was looking for this since years. I am really impressed and keen to get on board with you as soon as possible. However, I deeply regret to inform you that I might not be able to join the organization as per my given date as according to my current company's HR policy says the notice period should be served as 3 months. In addition, currently I am working on one of the key projects of my institution and I have a major role in that as well as it would give a boost to my resume if I can add it into my portfolio once it is completed.
