Daer Sir or Madam I am writing to complain about your learning centre where I studied last month. It is located at A. Sear 6 street. First of all, in your brochure you mentioned that all teachers are high quality and they are very tactful. The problem was that the teachers were tactless of all, so I could not understand anything in their speech, classes. Moreover, the brochure claimed that the learning centre was some metres from the city centre, but it was located in the very noisy place in the city centre and it was not suitable place for learning centre because it was too car crushed. I had to take a bus to get the learning centre. I think it is clear that your brochure was misleading. As a result, I would like a partial refund because there was the worst time that i had ever had.
