Dear Dipal, Hope you and family members are best of spirit. I feel proud to inform you that I have got the job as a senior finance manager in one of the reputed MNC organization in Ahmedabad. As you know that, my last job was so pathetic and I could able to demonstrate my skill independently. Moreover there were so long hours even during weekend so I was not in a position to devote some time to family members. I was searching hard for the opportunity and finally I was able to clear various interviews rounds and crack the position. At the time of interview, I was so nervous and there were more than fifteen candidates to whom I had to compete. But I believe in myself and with positive mindset I got the success. Here, I am learning so many new skills which are essential for the person who works in finance field. I am also nurturing my decision making power, passionate to take new challenges at new job place. In short, span of time I have learnt so many things which would be very significant for me to decide bright career path. In addition to this, they have offered me much lucrative package as compare to my previous job in terms of monetary and non Monterey benefits. I could able to negotiate 25% hike than my last job. Also, part of this other benefits like LTD holidays, insurance, PF, ESIC, HRA, Festival packages that I have been offered by them.
