I am writing this letter to you to bring your attention towards the problem I am facing with the internet connection that I have taken from your company. I have complained twice to the customer service, but unfortunately no action has been taken to rectify the problem.
The problem that I am facing is due to slow internet speed. I have taken a package of 10 MBPS each month and made the payment accordingly for the whole year, but since the day one, I have not received the speed I was promised. The speed I am receiving at home is 2MBPS, which I checked on open source speed test site. Due to the slow internet speed, I am unable to perform my office work, which is affecting my professional life.
I request you take this issue with utmost importance and resolve my problem, by providing the agreed speed of 10 MBPS.
