Everyone know health is vital, but they do not know how to keep fit properly àn scientifically, so that I have some way to keep it. First of all, we should do exercise regulary and follow doctor's advice: every person should do exercise thirty minuties a day. Beside, eating right and healthy will help we better. Such as: each meal must be full of nutients and drinking two litters of water everday. In additon, bedtime is also important, we should not stay up late, it will affect to our health: tired body and decrease the resistance. Generally, parent gave we a nice health, we should not destroy it ourself and let's protect and keep it
