Considering the fact that most people are dying to be in a good shape though some people are in a good shape without the need for a diet. But why is this happening? Basically, there are some various reasons behind this topic. First of all, I believe that two main elements of genes and physical activities can directly effect on our body weight. To be more exact, some genes are responsible for the weight and make us fat. Thus, if we don’t have these types of genes, we aren’t fat. As it mentioned before, physical activity can be important as genes. Secondly, these people not only having no healthy diet but also they mostly don't eat even average food in a day.
