Which do you prefer: A house or a flat? LbXX8
When you need a new house, you ask yourself if you prefer a house or a flat. I had it clear. Let´s see the advantages of both of them. On the one hand, when you live in a flat, you have to share some places with your neighbours, as the staircase or the lift, what is a share cost. Besides, it's possible to have a very noissy neighbour what can be very stressful daily, specially if that disturb you when you sleepr or study. In the other hand, you can live in a house. A house can be more expensive to buy and maybe you can need more security to live safe, but you are more independent there. Every metre of the house´s area is your and you can build your own house like you want. Personally, I live in a flat during the week and in a house on weekends and holidays, so I have some experience living in both of them, and I absolutly prefer living in a house. There is really where I am at home.
