What problems do traffic jams cause?

What problems do traffic jams cause? OgXlj
There are some issues which came from traffic jams. Traffic jams give rise to air pollution. To me, it seems that using private cars is responsible for air pollution because of adding more smog to the air more than using public transportation. Moreover, traffic congestion is responsible for delays, driving people up to the wall from sitting in traffic, and stress-inducing. For example, if you are stuck in traffic you will understand the value of time, I tend to go to work during off Peak traffic time to avoid bumper-to-bumper traffic. All of these problems result from traffic jams.
