Unfortunately, a lot of people maintain bad eating habits, such as going for “cheap” options – such as fast foods, canned goods, etc. This is due to the lack of time to prepare a healthy meal and the increasing number of fast food available. Nowadays people are spending more time at work and it has been difficult for them to find time to prepare their own meals. As a result, they end up buying frozen meals that are high in fat and there are fewer nutrients that directly affect their diet.
