There are a lot of useful points of walking under the fresh air. Now, I want to discuss some of my points for this topic. Firstly, walking is very useful for us to wake our body. And from walking we can get enough energy for doing all of our plans during the day and from doing this action we can stay energetic. Secondly, all people know that today's urgent problem is overcoming healthy. And walking can be solution for this problem, because, from walking our body can get the things which are useful for it. Finally, nowadays many people can not sleep at nights. And walking can solve this problem, because when we walk under the fresh air our mind can get anough oxhygen and other useful elements for it.
