Most people in the world must get a job at some time in their life. I also have some different jobs in the past. From my point of view, there are four things that I think they are important when I decide to get a job. Those are career plan, nature of this work, job security and benefits package. One of the most important points to consider is career plan. Everyone has each own purpose and plan. Some people like having stable jobs in companies. Other people prefer being self-employeed because nine-to-five jobs do not appeal to them. Depending on our target, we hope to seek out a job suitable to ourselves. For example, in my opinion, I would like to be my own boss. Despite the fact that it must be a big challege, I prefer establishing my own business than working for a company and being stuck behind a desk. Thereby, when getting a job, we should know what we want to achive our goals. Nature of the work is another necessary point that I look for in a job. There are many types of job, some jobs require physical labor while others demand technical or computer skills. Sometimes, we have to work in an office, and other times we work outside in the open air. Futhermore, some companies require high qualification about languages and social skills like interpersonal skills or efficient organization skills. For example, at the former time, I can not establish my own business, I would like to apply for a job whre I can interact a lot with other people. I am a good team player and I like discussing ideas and reaching conclusions with my colleagues or my partners. This is an extremely important for me because getting a job that I have to sit in my desk or work alone on a project makes me bored. Job security is the third point I must consider when applying a job. I want to work with my anxiety about the company going bankrupt or being sold to other companies. Losing a job unexpectedly and suddenly would be stressful not only for me but also for many people. Nowadays, the job market is very competitive so looking for a job is quite hard and time-consuming. Therefore, job stability is very integral. The last thing I think that a job must offer good benefits such as reasonable salary, heath insurance, vacation time and pension plan. The government does not give us enough help when we are sick or retired because of certain limited budget. Some people lost a lot of money when they were sick and stayed at home. The employers did not reimburse their medical expenses. In addition, in our modern life, people live longer and longer but we only work until we are at the age of retirement. Thus, having a good pension plan is essential for us. In conclusion,
