There are a lot of reasons which lead to the lack of housing in some big cities over the modern world now. Firstly, the people are now rising day by day, so the demand for accommodation is also raising. For example, in 2010, the number of citizens in Singapore was just approximately 5 million, but now that number has up to more than 5, 8 million. Secondly, nowadays, the price affords a house is too expensive and it is not true compares with the real value. There are a lot of people raising the land prices by themselves and it is too difficult for poor people when buying a house because they do not have enough budget and are in a tight corner due to a lack of money to afford other aspects of their own life. In conclusion, the government should publish some new land policies to help their residents can buy a place to live.
