On the other hand, I share the concerns of people who believe that social media could do more harm than good if we are not careful. Firstly, many people, especially children and teenagers, are so addicted to social networking sites that their eyes constantly glue to phone or computer screens without spending time on doing something useful. Another drawback is that using social media frequently not only disrupts the sleep cycle but also leads to a sedentary life style. My young brother, for example, spends time surfing Facebook or playing games all day long; therefore, he is having short-sightedness and some personality disorder.
