Overall, it can be seen that there was a considerable rise in the number of language learners learning online while other methods went down gradually. According to the data, in the beginning of the period, just 1567 people thought that learning online was an effective way to make their English better. In the next four year, this number started to increase and then reached a peak at 5067 learners in the last year. On the other hand, the number of people choosing to enhance their language at school began with the highest point at 4000 people, but this figure dropped slightly during the whole time. Similarly, the two other methods, self-study and private classes, both had the decline trend while just 1034 people decided to improve their English by studying by themselves, which also was the lowest point in the final stage in 2008.
