I’m writing to let you know that, I’m living in the north central area of city where collecting process of wasted items do not happen correctly. Council vehicles are supposed to come and pick the all items on daily basis from houses where council’s works are not practicing and do not cover the sub roads as well.
The community in the area including my family are not happy about your service. This issue has been affected extremely badly to our regular life since garbage has been piled up in everywhere. Therefore, bad smell comes from the particular locations where council urgent attention is required in order to solve this problem.
Considering the above fact, we would really appreciate if you could make an arrangement to introduce a proper mechanism to garbage collection operation where people in the area will be informed the collection dates in advance via the SMS
