Overall, it could be plainly seen that the number of oil between manufacture and expanding was trended in both increased in the years from 1982 to 2006. In addition, the amount of oil production improved a plateau while the figure for oil consumption rose rapidly during the period shown. It is explicitly observed that in the first four years, the amount of oil production went up 1 million oil barrels but compared to the number of oil consumption is still a flat which is 2 million oil barrels in during 1982-2006. On the contrary, oil production remained stable steadily throughout the years from 1986 to 1994 while oil consumption was significant a climb about 1. 5 million oil barrels.
