Student’s life is not all about academic performance. Games also play a significant role in development of students. Without games, our learning will be dull and uninteresting. Outdoor games and indoor games can help to develop good qualities, enhance our concentration, reduce stress and meet new friends. Therefore, games are necessary in school as all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. First and foremost, games can instill good values in pupils. Co-curricular activities should be made compulsory in school. All students must engage in co-curricular activities so that they can gain benefits from it. We can learn leadership, teamwork and tolerance via group games. These values cannot be learnt through books. Thus, participate in extra-curricular activities aid us to be a well-rounded students.
