The illustration below illustrates the traditional method of manufacturing coffee beans. Including twelve different steps as sorting the beans by hand, cleaning them, then drying, grading and selling. The process begins with sorting each beans one by one and ends with selling the packaged roasted beans. In the initial phase, sorted coffee beans must be cleaned cleanly and then dried outside for four weeks. During this duration workers rake and turn the coffee by special tool in order to dry all of them equally. Subsequently after 28 days, beans are sorted in silos and sent to the mill where it is hulled and then graded. Following this, coffee beans are bagged in large bags before selling them in a wholesale. Once it sold, coffee beans are roasted using a specific machine for frying and then in the last stage prepared products are packaged in a small packages and sold to the markets.
