The illustration highlights the six different stages involved in how the aluminium cans are recycled. The first part of the flowchart starts when the aluminium cans have been used and are put in special bins which are only for this type of can. After they are collected, they then enter the next section. In this section, there are four specific steps, which starts with cleaning and sorting the cans. Afterwards, the cans are gone through the shredding and compression process and the compressed ones are then put in the heater. When the heating process is completed, those cans are put on a roller to make pieces of aluminum in the thickness of 2. 5mm to 6mm. Next, they are sent to the factories to be used as material for their products and these products are used in the shops.
