The Covid 19 pandemic is complicated by the fact that most countries have to close down and implement distance, online teaching has become an effective and popular method of training that many universities around the world including Vietnam are using. However, the form of e-learning in Vietnam is still quite new, leading to many problems in the implementation of this form, especially the problem of using online teaching tools. This article clarifies the theoretical basis of student satisfaction about the quality of online teaching in universities, analyzes the current situation of student satisfaction at universities of economics on the quality of online teaching, thereby offering solutions to improve the features of online teaching tools at universities in the economic sector in Vietnam.
