There were 5 countries in the summer and winter olympics that won some medals. In the winter olympics Norway was the country with most medals in general and Canada the one with the least. If we compare Russia and Canada, that were the lowest, Russia got a little bit more gold medals than Canada, and Canada more bronze ones. All countries in the Winter Olympics got the 3 type of medals, gold, silver and bronze. Summer Olympics had different highest countries. The highest of them all was United States, then Russia, Germany, Great Britain and last but not least France.
