The advantages and disadvantages of living a house of flats

The advantages and disadvantages of living a house of flats OE9Rj
Nowadays many people consider living a house of flats has some advantages and disadvantages. First of all, living in a flat makes me feel secure. That is, there is always someone nearby to help me. However, there is no garden and the children have to spend all day inside the flat. On the other hand, the block of flats where I live is close to the city centre. It is very convenient for me. Nevertheless, it is so noisy. You can hear everything your neighbours are doing. In addition, maintenance costs are very low because you share them with the others in your block. In light of this evidence, I believe living in a flat is safe to my life. Furthermore, I don't do extra work.
