Kamal Rajan (2014) in his titled paper ‘’Solving the problem of informal settlements’’ writes about assessing of urbanization and its influence on wealth, health, and the environment. According to the text, the flow of people by 2030, which is 80% of the population, will move to cities and their environs wishing to improve their social conditions. Urbanization is primarily about improving one's economic conditions and access to a wider range of services. However, this has a downside, overpopulation of cities leads to a sharp gradation of the population in terms of living standards, being at different levels of the social ladder, as well as uneven distribution of resources. And all this forces people to be close to similar living conditions. A huge part of the people who live below the poverty line, the basis of slums, favelas, and these are people who, without any rights, lead the poorest lifestyle on the brink of survival.
