Statement of purpose for university for MBA application for better growth.

1Administration and supervision play a significant role in sustainable development, organizational culture & structure, leadership, and behaviour of stakeholders. I have a keen interest in learning administration, supervision, decision making and handling masses. I want to pursue my education in "Masters in Administration or public administration. I had passed my graduation in "Chemical Engineering". I have been working in the chemical industries for 7 years. I had started as Quality Engineer in a small company then later joined the cooperate sector as a Quality supervisor. core responsibilities of my job are preparing objectives, monthly performance reports, auditing and evaluating performances, customer and supplier relationship and development of new products. I also conducted three national and international training to update myself for implementing international standards. From Qc engineer to the supervision of team that helps me building some skills sets like taking actions in different situations, motivating people and listen to their problems, understanding organizations culture & goals and pressure handling. I had taken several decisions and faced a variety of situations in my career. I had developed skills by observing and mistakes. I think having international education, exposure and guides from mentors will help me in future to handle situations as professionals with proper knowledge and technique. However, I will be part of a multinational, multicultural team and commanding bigger teams in future, It will be able for leading, administering and contributing to society as well as organizing effectively.
