My interest in studying on “Changes in Human Capital Labour Markets and Demographic Structures and Their Impact on Social Structures in Modern Societies” and my decision to continue in this subject is the outcome of my profound interest in socio-economic inequalities in contemporary societies. Majoring in International Relations, where the program is comprised of international relations, sociology and political science from the multidisciplinary approach, during the first semester of my third year I became especially interested in women, work, and employment, writing my thesis on Gender Based Analysis of Women’s Labor: A Case Study on Working Women. In this study, doing a time-use survey and semi-structured interview with 100 working women gave me a unique field experience as an undergraduate student. This unforgettable experience convinced me that I had made the right choice of study, leading me to apply for a MA Degree in Gender and Women's Studies so as to extend my research in this field.
