Pre-Covid-19, we had lived in peaceful lives. In the lockdown time, we are not allowed to go out apart from permission. Students can’t go to school. So, I have many leisuretime. I start to cook for my family and learn about eating heathy. I believe this activity can benefit both my mental health and my family physical health. I usually try to cook as often as possible for all of my family meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner. What I mean by healthy diet is a meal with a variety of foods that give the required nutrients we need. The reason why I enjoy eating healthy is I want my family relationship become more positive and Improve Family Wellness. There are ways I do easily improve my family’s nutrition. I control the food supply line. Allow family members to choose what to eat. Involve family members in make meal. Eat more vegetable and fruits.
