Some people think that women should not be allowed work in police force Do you agree or disagree?

Women are not allowed to served the country, and certain people believed. In this essay I will explain why I should agree to this topic. Woman are not design for this job it required high physical strength, and focus to the job. Male can be suitable for this position, for the reason that, they have more high endurance, strong mental health and can more endure excruciating pain. They are made to protect and serve the country Even though, woman completed their intensive physical training it is not enough compare to the Man. Woman experience monthly period, so that this is also the most problem they can affect their mood, and the way they think compare, to the Man that can give his full attention to the work. To conclude, Women have many disadvantages especially in their body, so this problem can affect their job. On the other hand, Men are design to this work, due to they do not experiencing hormonal changes.
