Modern gadgets and instruments are replacing the old ones. This trend has resulted in this culture of throwing the waste which can't be disposed of. Therefore people outcast these items to the outskirts of the cities. Even it had become the mindset of people that replacing is the better option than repairing - which takes most of the time from their hectic schedule. No one considers it as their responsibility to settle down rubbish or garbage. For instance, there are many heaps of litter in the centre of the city of Kotkapura, Punjab; but no such steps has been taken by city municipalities to tackle this issue.
