Some people believe that in the future, online learning will completely replace traditional classrooms. Although online learning brings many benefits, I believe that the traditional classroom is still necessary. On the one hand, online learning will bring a lot of benefits. Firstly, students can close the gap with the lecturer because students can message the lecturer or download the study materials without regard to the distance. For example, students take part in an online English course where they communicate directly with a teacher even hundreds of kilometers away. Secondly, the online classroom can become more lively because the lectures are used with videos, images or audio devices used by the instructors. For this reason, students take part in classes and learn more effectively. On the other hand, my opinion is that traditional classrooms should still be taking place. Going to school and taking classes can help you improve your communication skills. For example, taking a traditional classroom is long and it's a time for people to get to know each other, meet friends, and work in groups. While online learning will enhance learning opportunities and will make people more actively involved, I would argue it cannot replace the social benefits that traditional classrooms bring.
