University educational institution learning is mandatory for people to be in some professions such as medicine, science, law, accountancy and teaching. As a part of tertiary discipline, a academy offers people to specialize in an area of their choice. By considering this crucial factor, it is my opinion that academy schooling is necessity only for brilliant and serious-minded students so that they can become successful professionals. To begin with, some people have the misunderstanding that everybody needs a academy improvement. There are many who became successful in life without a academy scholarship. the fact that Edison and faraday became great scientists with no degrees is a good example. Winston Churchill, a very successful writer, journalist and politician had never been to a academy. Furthermore, many university-educated people do jobs, which have little or nothing to do with what they had studied at universities. Such people were simply wasting time and money. Instance, in developing countries like India many people work as clerks or bus conductors after getting bachelor’s or master’s degrees in subjects such as physics or botany. Moreover, teaching is becoming increasingly expensive. Even if people pay, to provide everyone with a educational institution study, the number of universities must increase. Since many people have no interest in higher schooling, the expected outcome of a careless policy of increasing the number of universities is the lowering of standards. The existence of several universities without any accreditation in the United States serves as very good example to support this argument. To conclude, democracy is a political system, which guarantees individuals several rights. However, a world of increasing population and dwindling resources demands caution in making decisions.
