science park 2008 up to the present
science park 2008 up to the present RRL7W
The two given illustrations show the development underwent by the science park. As can be seen, the park was expanded to build more areas for research and education.
According to the first figure, the green spaces situated in the N-W and the S-E, have been replaced with a research and development department and the cyber security building had included a massive extension, while reducing the car park size. Furthermore, the reception area was rehabilitated and used for university purpose. Also, in the N-E, a bus stop was added for improving park accessibility.
Turning to the southern part of the park, the IT centre has been transformed into an Innovation centre. In addition, a new train station has been created alongside the walkways that are connected to various facilities. Finally, there are new biking routes located in the middle and upper areas.
Overall, the major alterations are the reduced green zones, the advanced infrastructure and the new building for the research and development division.
