Reasons for highly qualified graduates being unemployed

Reasons for highly qualified graduates being unemployed 7Wd66
Many graduates are probably excited to get out into the world and start their career. Unfortunately, the unemployment rate for recent highly qualified graduates has increased over the past few years in many countries. There are some factors affecting the rate of unemployment of these students including the less job opportunities available and the high expectations of employers. This phenomenon can be prescribed to many other principal factors. Students graduating from college may not have enough experience and much knowledge to apply for jobs. For example, a university student is applying for a job that is slightly different from what they have been trained for. Employers these days have higher expectations, such as candidates must have a minimum of two foreign languages, and have relevant work experience. Apart from that, the wages offered by employers are low and the developments in technology and working practices have begun to have a negative influence on existing employment opportunities for graduates. Companies are expecting a highly competitive worker with a minimum wage. This is because new technologies have helped them to make goods of services faster than that of humans. This can be surpassingly demotivating and many talented young professionals choose to be unemployed. In my opinion, the only way to solve this problem is to encourage people to seek employment with support from the government. Government should introduce new regulations for providing employment funds and services, and universities must encourage their students and introduce them to the jobs the students will face in the real world.

an essay about festivals around the world
Some people argue that we no longer remember the original meaning of festivals, and that most of us treat them as opportunities to have fun. While I agree that enjoyment seems to be the priority during festival times, I do not agree that people have forgotten what these festivals mean. On the one h...

Most leaders or directors generally belong to an older age group, but some people believe that young leaders are better.
It is highly common that leadership positions are occupied by people in older age bracket, however some prefer young leaders for leadership roles. I completely disagree with this opinion as I personally believe older leaders bring higher value to the table. The principle reason for holding on to my...

Where would you want to live if you have a choice.
I like living in the countryside, because my childhood is tied to fields, villages and simple nature. Firstly, the rural environment is fresh more than in the city. Around the houses surrounded by luxuriant trees, lush green creates a cool atmosphere. Next, when going to the street without fear of b...

Human activity is making the earth a worse place to live.
Whether human activity causes the earth to be a worse place for living or not seems to be controversial. Some people argue that the earth and its bad situation are not related to human activities. However, I tend to believe that humans by using fossil fuels and deforestation, change the earth into a...

Positive motivators are stronger than positive motivators. with this stament?
Although nowadays approaching people from negative motivations, positive motivations are still the dominant pursuit for us. For this reason, I agree with this point. The movie "Inception" proves that statement. First of all, the positive motivators are the desire to help Cobb implement his plan to ...
