One step forward and three steps back When I started this project I know it wouldn't be easy, don't misunderstand me, we have made lot of progess, we all agree with the method we're using, we already start practice and we all are happy with the idea, so what is the problem? When we started planning the project, we perfectly adjusted to the budget you gave us, but at the time when we advance, we realized that we are going to ask for more money, we have many good ideas that we know would work, but we really need more economic support. With this situation unsolved, I think the project will be finished in five or 6 six years, even though we have all ready, we are just waiting to start, the money is delaying us, when an idea arrives to our heads, we crash into the reality that is out of our badget. That's why I think we are always one step forward and three steps back.
