First of all, cacao trees grow in S. America, Africa, Indonesia. Pods grow in the cacao tree. Next, ripe red pods are harvested, and then, white cocoa beans are cored from inside. The third step is to ferment. White chocolate beans are fermented. After that, beans are spread in sun to dry. Later, beans which are dry are putted in large sacks. Afterwards, sacks are transported by train or lorry.
The next step is to sent to factory. Sacks which are transported are taken to factory. Then, beans are roasted in 350 centigrade degree. After roasting, the beans are passed onto the next stage. Beans are crushed by a crush machine, and then, beans are removed from outer shell. Inner part then are pressed by a press machine. Lastly, liquid chocolate is produced.
