1) I’m going to talk about an Iranian dish called filled fish. It’s originally from north of Iran. We fill fish with some special ingredients like fish egg, walnuts, pepper, and some aromatic herbs. Then, we fry it. It’s so tasty. 2) I think it’s popular in my country because first of all north of Iran is one of the destinations that is mostly visited and also it is the home of fish. Due to these facts most people have tried it and it seems that they like it. 3) I’m really interested in seafood and fish is one of them. As I said before, it’s so delicious.
