Personal Statement for Admission

I wish to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science as I believe it will help me to progress into my career with great potential. I am a hardworking, ambitious young man who is looking forward to many challenges that this course will bring me. In the modern world, it is virtually impossible to escape computers as they are part of several things that touch our lives, making them easier and creating solutions for many complex and challenging problems. The four-year engineering course in Information Technology and 3. 7 years of IT sector work experience have always been a beautiful journey to me and have inspired me to put the knowledge into my Masters's degree. This would allow me to enhance my knowledge about technology and its pros and cons and the guidance I would need. I am currently working as a Technical Solutions Architecture Senior Specialist in one of the Fortune 500 companies i. e NTT Data Global services. I have about 3. 7 years of IT experience in the Identity and Access Management domain and have helped various clients with the design and development of Cloud-based Identity and Governance Platform. I have also worked for Cerner Healthcare Solutions which is one of the leading supplier of health information technology services. In my spare time, I enjoy reading about the new technologies, and this has allowed me to broaden my knowledge of the latest computer-related technology, and it is very important in a dynamic subject like computing, in which new ideas, techniques and applications are always emerging. If given the opportunity to join your Master's program, I will be able to utilize my extensive background in computers, while learning additional skills and techniques that will be greatly beneficial to my future career development. I hope to use my skills and background to learn how to effectively analyze and solve business problems. Modern businesses are heavily reliant on information systems, and this is integral to the successful management of an organization. I am eager to explore this field in the presence of the esteemed professors at your university and I also believe that studying in the UK will give me the opportunity to increase my knowledge of computer science due to the highly regarded teaching and research resources available there.
