People are always arguing about if we live as we should today, or was easier and healthier for our grandparents. Obviously, it is known that there is a big difference between these two ages; however, it is simple to identify that life was better lived in the past. For example, the technological advances gives us a lot of advantages but not using it in a responsible and a health way make us adopt bad habits, we waste most of our time in front of our mobile phones and computers that we begin to live sedentary.
