Because of busyness, making lunch or dinner becomes a hassle and some people prefer to eat instant noodle. The instant noodles are made from flour, water and oil. They are mixed into the shape of noodles. Finally, add the vegetables and pick in a container to complete. Do you think this is nutritious? I do not think so. Too much oils and less vegetables. Japanese people have eaten rice for a long time, so flour is hard to be absorbed by the body. That causes indigestion. People who always eat instant noodles should refrain from eating.
