Nursing personal statement is very important for a job application. Bg6V6
I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered nurse with career history in direct patient care, proven ability to remain calm under pressure and skilfully handle difficult patients and high-stress situations. Consistently developing strong relationships with patients and families through therapeutic communications and respectful attitude. As an international nurse, I have received NMC decision letter and have successfully passed the NMC CBT Exam and the four modules of IELTS. However, will require a Tier 2 sponsorship visa as I seek for an opportunity to work in the United Kingdom for better opportunities and where I can also bring remarkable contribution based on my skills and experienced. Having worked in the following specialist facilities: Obstetric and gynaecology, Trauma and Orthopedic unit, Medicine, Surgery, Accident and Emergency, Paediatric unit, Special care baby unit, Dialysis center, Intensive care unit, Ear Nose and throat (ENT) units, Opthalmology unit, Theatre and experienced a plethora of cases such as: Antenatal care, Management of labour, Spontaneous vaginal delivery, Disc prolapsed, Lumbar spondylosis, Commuted fracture, Bilateral Heart failure, Chronic kidney Diseases, Diabetic foot ulcer, Hydrocele, Benign Prostrate Hypertrophy, Gun shot injury, head injury, Marasmus, sever malaria, cerebral palsy, Convulsion, seizures, epilepsy, Hydrocephalus, Jaundice, preterm babies asphyxia, coma, Acute Respiratory distress, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD), Glaucoma, Cataract, Exploratory laparotomy, Appendectomy, hysterectomy and orchiopexy to mention a few. I am now searching for an opportunity to work in the United Kingdom for better opportunities and where I can also bring remarkable contribution based on my skills and experience. I love new challenges and with my positive and proactive attitude towards work I will be ready to learn new skills and take on several new tasks. I am very much interested in working with the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust because it values: collaborative, honest, accountable, innovative, respectful are important to me as they are in line with how I practice (give care) as a nurse. I understand the Trust is Keen about service delivery and the quality of healthcare given to clients, families and the community as a whole and it would be a great pleasure working as a team member or even a leader as I have been nominated to lead from college to university. I also have the ability to bring the best out of my colleagues as I am always delighted in them being part of the team. In addition, I am well grounded in drug calculations, Microsoft word, excel and have a vast knowledge in ICT. More so, i love to research more on a particular treatment regimen to ensure evidence based practice is used. The following are my skills: leadership, Adaptability, Flexibility, ability to work under pressure etc. In regards to the 6 c’s, I am able to exhibit this in rendering a holistic and personalized care to patients which is the core in putting patients in the center of their care. I am compassionate, caring, courageous, competent at rendering my nursing care, committed to impacting positivity and a good listener. I am certain that the above are just a subset of what I can offer and would be elated if i am granted an Interview. I anticipate receiving a favourable response and working with your Trust.
