The field of management is fascinating and everyday my curiosity and desire to develop my interpersonal communication, leadership and people skill is increasing more and more. An objective/goal driven workforce plays a vital role in any organization. Achieving and retaining such workforce is not an easy task and this is where the charismatic touch of the leader keeps the wheel spinning. With this statement I would like to demonstrate my motivation and interest of applying for the Masters of Management at Trent University for the September 2022 intake. I did my undergraduate degree in business Administration majoring human resource management. After my graduation, I joined at ACNABIN chartered accountant, One of the top ranked CA firms in Bangladesh. Over the years, I have come to regard practical experiences. My nine years employment in managerial position in CA firms along with my three years on the job training as an articled student of the Institute of chartered accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) exposed me to a wide array of business fields including auditing, accounting, taxation, financial management and corporate laws. Throughout this I have the privilege to work in a varied sector of business, which gave me an in-depth, real-life exposure to business scenarios. Meanwhile, I discovered my appetite to lead and I have always been enthusiastic to take challenges. As a Deputy Manager, I have to put my best efforts using my skills to approach and negotiate with my clients, finding solutions and guide & motivate my team to complete their assigned responsibilities. Being a team leader, I have to supervise a team of 15 staffs and currently I am handling 20 multinational clients. Apart from these regular job responsibilities, last year I organized an excursion to Nepal for my fellow team members for some recreation. I am particularly interested in business and management disciplines. It grew a strong interest in me to pursue my Master’s degree in this field. Then I started my research about the University that offers such kind of program in Bangladesh. Unfortunately, I did not get any desired institution that equips graduates with absolute skills to perform well and efficiently on international standard. On top of that local degrees are not eminent globally. Moreover, as a consultant, I have clients all over the world and need to deal with a lot of Country Managers, Head of the Department on work purpose. So, I have decided to pursue my master's program at a world-class institute. I strongly believe that the masters of management program at Trent University would provide me a solid groundwork in business and management disciplines. It has an excellent reputation and teaching standard among the top universities of Canada that will prepare me to take on top managerial position in my country. Moreover, we do not have a good number of professionals with North American Degree in Bangladesh. I also firmly believe that my persistency as a learner and consistent effort will also provide a valuable contribution towards your globally renowned institute.
