My daily routine: How is a day spent? DlmNa
May 17, 2021- I went upstairs waking up at 6: 00 am at the usual time and did stretching exercises to warm up the whole body thereafter cervical exercises to cure cervical pain and it last 1: 30 hr. We sit and enjoy the gentle breeze that cools down our faces. Moreover, different species of birds showing up, playing, fighting, and chirping. Cuckoo starts singing at 4: 00 am and various people are waking up to her singing, on the contrary, the crows caw which makes me drive them away. A couple of Indian roller bird is spotted daily and it has a nest on a tree, on the same tree a few parrots are living which can be seen diving in the sky. Sparrows are found singing and craws chasing scavengers. This is what I adore every morning while doing exercise.
