Innatism theory of children’s first language acquisition is more logical to me. because, The behaviorist perspective dominated the study of learning throughout the first half of the twentieth century. Behaviorism is an approach to language acquisition based on the proposition that behaviour can be researched scientifically without recourse to inner mental states. It is a form of materialism, denying any independent significance for mind. on the other hand, Innatism proposed that the human mind is born with prior knowledge and it is not a blank sheet of paper. According to this theory, environment, and attitude is not enough for a human child to process language or any other kinds of information. Here the nature is monumental than the role of nurture. so, I think Innatism is more logical then Behaviorism.
