Nowadays, there are more and more fat people. This is harmful to our health. In order to stay healthy, I think we should do the following things
First of all, we should have medical check-up regularly. This helps us find the diseases sooner. If so, it is easy for us to treat them
Secondly, we should do morning exercises regularly. In the early morning, my father and I often go jogging. We jog about 2 kilometers every day
Next, we should play sports such as football, volleyball, badminton…I like playing football. After school, I often play it with my friends at the mini stadium
