Also, in developing countries around the world, there are numerous children who work without receiving education. This is huge problem. A quality science need a pen, note, classroom, good teacher and consequently on. This mean that a quality science costs money. Then most children don't have money, consequently I think that it is parent' responsibility to provide children with a quality study. Parents ought to work and prepare money to give their children good science. However, there are few parents who cannot afford to pay for their children's discipline. This situation is extremely severe. For example, parents want their children to get good-quality information, on the contrary they cannot due to financial problems. At that time, the government must provide much assistance. For instance, the government builds the school, provides families who cannot pay money for children's training with money, and improves teachers' ability to teach. This is the true government work.
