As a person of gen Z, the generation gap comes with conflicts between me and my parents who are gen Y or Millennial is normal in life. In particular, my parents used to treat me like a small kid while I wanted to be more independent. I explained that I didn't want them to treat me like that but they didn't understand what I meant. I was so mad at them. But everything was solved easily when we took some time to calm down and tried to put ourselves in the other member's position. And then, we sit together and realize that neither is completely right nor wrong. We all agree to give space, listen and respect for the views and opinions of each other. After that, we understand each other more and more, the atmosphere of the family is happier than ever
