Like other peple, I have 4 meals during a day-big breakfast, lunch, snack and light dinner. As you know, breakfast is the most vital part of a meal. This is mainly because It supplies us energy from morning. So it must be rich in nutritions. I always try to do on time. I usually consume some bread with butter, a cup of black tea with sugar, pancakes which are made by my mother for breakfast with my loved ones at home. Lunch is the second important meal of the day. I eat homemade meals, such as boiled rice, roasted chicken, steak for lunch. I personally believe that lunch should be very nutritional. However the dinner should be light.
