How can we solve the problem of traffic jams?

How can we solve the problem of traffic jams? eRO3G
I think there is no end in sight at the moment but I believe we can go about this in a number of ways. To me, it seems that one promising technique for easing traffic jams is congestion pricing. Because with this method, some drivers will cancel their trips or go by bus or train. Another way to reduce traffic congestion is for government to improve infrastructure. I mean provided the government allocate the budget to public transportation, it is quite likely that this issue is solved in no time. Telecommute will also be an effective way to get to the root of this problem. Based on this, there is a possibility to keep more cars off the road.
