Healthy is a priceless asset that each of us wants to possess. Having a healthy nutritional balanced diet plays a vital role in resulting in a well-conditioned body in terms of physical and mental. Today, fast food, junk food is widely welcomed (the prevalence of fast food and junk food), especially in teenagers. The excessive intake of this fatty food can lead to numerous health diseases. A fit body shape to be kept with a daily balanced diet and regular exercise. Parents and schools should take the responsibility for encouraging the youth to take part in some sports and raise their awareness of the harmfulness of eating unhealthy food. If our daily diet is out of control, the children would suffer from rapid weight gain, as they grow up, imbalanced diet would be one of the main factors of other following diseases, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and even cardiovascular disease and so on. Obesity is a common sickness all over the world, thus we need to pay more attention to it. Moderately intaking processed food is allowed, but the children should be taught to keep in mind that excessive consumption should be prevented. On the other hand, as I said in the previous paragraph, human awareness should be put at the top list. Taking action or posing a heavy tax on some fast food still cannot solve the primary problem, therefore, education on health care is important rather. We need to teach the children when they are youth, telling them the threat that unhealthy food influences to our health. The requisite of making a healthier food choice is knowledge, what kind of nutrient-rich food is needed for the body is a hard question, then a right choice, a fit heath. Staying far away from some food has a bad effect on our health. Not only prevent children from unhealthy food but also provide adequate knowledge about nutritional diet to parents. Home-cooked food can be considered as the meal that children reach most, then cook a healthy meal enable our children a well-conditioned body. Keeping an eye on the children if they eat outside too much, prevent them immediately before they come down with something. Protect our health is not easy as we thought, To be honest, keeping on a healthy diet, regular exercise needs a persistent and determined mind. By the way, diseases are our life’s rival, so if they can, we remember to get away from it, don’t be indulged in the junk food world.
