The authorities tend to focus on economical progress of citizens whereas pollution caused by economical development which is supposed to be dealt with is ignored. I shall discuss both perspectives in the forthcoming paragraphs. On the one site of the arguments, tackling the problems caused by pollution and industrial wastes are far more essention than economical progress of the nation, since the environment that is toxic enough and heavily polluted will not have advantages for economical improvement.
