Overall, there are 7 main stages of bricks manufacturing process from material preparation to the customer delivery. Initially required clay is excavated by the digger from the earth. Secondly the excavated material are transported and unloaded on the metal grid sieve which is installed on the conveyor belt to have a uniform size of the clay. After that the material transported on the conveyor belt which is rotating by use of rollers. At the end of the conveyor belt material will discharge where the sand and water will be added to these uniform clay to make a paste. Then mixed material will be pouring on each mould to shape a brick or by continuously will be shaped by using a machine and following that, will be cut by a wire cutter in desire dimensions. On 4th main stage, the wet bricks will be deposit in the drying oven for 24 to 48 hrs. Subsequently, they are heated in 2 stages in kiln by 200-980’C and 870-1300’C, respectively. After that, they will be kept in cooking chamber for 48-72 hrs. At the end of the manufacturing process, bricks will be packed according to the order and transportation limit and loaded on the delivery lorry. The final step is the delivery of the products for customer services in the building industry.
